Each original painting is created by hand in soft pastel, building layer upon layer to capture the detail, character and presence of the animal. There is only ever one original, making each piece a completely unique work of art.

Painted at my easel in Christchurch, New Zealand, these are the pieces at the heart of The Quiet Wild, created for homes where a little connection to the natural world matters.
