Shipping Policy

I currently ship to the following countries:
New Zealand, Australia, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size. All orders are sent tracked for extra peace of mind.

Fulfilment Times

Original artworks: Shipped within 3–5 working days
Prints: Shipped within 5–7 working days, as they are printed to order
Framed prints: Shipped within 10–14 working days, as they are made to order

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Packaging

Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely:

  • Prints are sent flat in rigid envelopes or rolled in sturdy postal tubes, depending on size
  • Original artworks are securely packaged and sent with full tracking
  • Framed prints are professionally packed to protect the frame and glass during transit

🌍 International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT when they arrive in your country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and aren’t included in the price of the artwork or shipping. If applicable, the courier will usually contact you before delivery to arrange payment.

United Kingdom

Orders are shipped from New Zealand. This means your parcel may be subject to import VAT (usually around 20%) and a small courier handling fee on arrival.

These charges are set by UK customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States, Canada, and Australia

I do not charge tax at checkout for these countries. Depending on your location and the value of your order, your parcel may be subject to import taxes or customs charges.

Most lower-value print orders arrive without additional charges, but larger original artworks may incur duties or taxes, particularly in Canada and Australia.

A quick note

You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are typically payable upon delivery.
